ANPD of Middle Tennessee Board Nominations

Hello ANPD members-

Serving on a board is a great way for nurses to give back to their profession. It is time to elect new members to the ANPD of Middle Tennessee board. The new board positions will be begin in January of 2022 and include president elect, secretary, treasurer, and some committee positions. If you are interested in serving on the board, please complete the nomination form below to indicate your interest. If you know of someone who would be a great addition to the board, please pass along the board nomination information. We look forward to our new board members starting in 2022!

Board roles:

President	Preside at meetings. Conduct the business of the organization.
President-Elect	Coordinate program planning with members. Act in the absence of the President Coordinate membership and recruitment activities.
Secretary	Maintain a roster of current members. Record and distribute minutes and all communications to the membership according to pre-established schedules.
Treasurer	Receive, deposit, and maintain records of funds received by the organization, in compliance with federal statutes governing non-profit organizations; at each meeting, provide membership with a summary of receipts and disbursements. Pays bills of the organization Presents budget at annual meeting
Web Team	Create and update webpage and Facebook page
Executive Committee	The Executive Committee is composed of the President, President-Elect, Secretary/ Treasurer of the organization. Approve the use of funds over $200.00
